Meanwhile, women of a self-help group of Varanasi are making rakhi for Raksha Bandhan using traditional things. Jaya Singh of the District Urban Development Agency told news agency ANI that, "Women are making these ashes while trying to support the" self-reliant mission "of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
